Matt Stanhope believes in the power of financial planning and takes the time to understand our client’s needs in order to provide them with a complete picture of their financial life.

Matt has worked in the finance industry since 2016 providing investment, trading, and planning advice. He grew up outside of Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received a BBA degree with a dual major in Banking & Finance and Managerial Finance. In 2023 Matt joined Baird and moved with his wife, Charlotte, from New York City to Charleston. Matt currently holds FINRA licenses for the Series 7, 63 and 66.

Matt enjoys golfing, tennis, and travel in his spare time.

He and his wife reside in downtown Charleston with their dog, Peaches. They are expecting their first child in December 2023.
